Systems I've built end to end
Smart Well Management monitors groundwater levels and quality for city planners, with map-based dashboards and predictive alerts. Smart Waste Management uses 8051 and ESP32 nodes to report bin fill levels to a live map with automated overflow emails. A dual-fingerprint attendance system pairs ESP32 biometric capture with a web dashboard and automated reporting.
Each of those involved choosing sensors, writing the firmware, designing the database, building the interface, and deploying it. Not assembling a demo — systems that run.

What usually goes wrong on IoT projects
Connectivity is treated as an afterthought, so the system works on a desk and fails in the field. Nobody plans for what happens when a node loses power or network for six hours. Data arrives with no schema discipline and becomes unqueryable within months. And the dashboard gets bolted on at the end by someone who wasn't involved in the data model.
These are all seam problems. They're the reason I take the whole stack rather than one layer of it.
Working across India and remotely
I'm based in Goa and work remotely across India and internationally. Hardware prototyping happens here; deployment and commissioning can be on site where a project needs it. For clients outside India, IST overlaps well with Europe and the Gulf in my morning and US Eastern in my evening.

Can you do both the hardware and the software?
Yes — that's the specific reason to hire me rather than two separate vendors. I select sensors, write the ESP32 or Arduino firmware, design the database, build the dashboard, and deploy it. One person is accountable when a number on screen looks wrong.
How long does an IoT project take?
Typically four to eight weeks, longer than a pure web project because hardware has to be sourced, wired and field-tested. You get a specific timeline in the written scope and see working progress weekly.
Do I need to buy the hardware myself?
Either way works. I can specify exactly what to buy and you procure it, or I source it and bill it through at cost. Specifying it clearly upfront avoids the common problem of arriving at a sensor that can't actually do what the project needs.
