We talk through what you need. You get a written scope with a fixed price or rate before I start. I build in weekly slices, so you click through something new each week and can steer it early. At handover your code sits in your repository, deployed, with setup documentation and two weeks of free bug fixes.

On a connected-hardware project, most clients hire a firmware contractor and a separate web agency, then carry the integration risk themselves. I built Smart Well Management and Smart Waste Management alone: sensor selection, ESP32 firmware, database, dashboard, deployment.

India-based rates, timezone that overlaps Europe and the Gulf
IST (UTC+5:30) gives you a full morning overlap with Europe and the Middle East, and an evening overlap with US Eastern. You pay Indian rates without routing the work through an intermediary.
You own the code from day one
Your code sits in your repository and deploys to your infrastructure, with setup documentation at handover. You never rent a platform from me.

Questions
Can we meet in person in Goa?
Yes, for scoping conversations and for hardware installs that need someone on site. I do the day-to-day development remote, which moves faster for both of us.
What does a website cost in Goa?
It depends on whether you need a brochure site, a booking system, or an application with user accounts and an admin backend. I quote after we scope the work instead of publishing a price list, because a number without a scope is a guess. A focused web application takes two to five weeks.
Do you work with businesses outside Goa?
Yes. I work remote with clients in the US, UK, UAE and Europe. Goa is where I live, not the edge of who I work with.
